Moving For A Fresh Start

As a follow up to last night’s post, to facilitate the change to a new focus like I talked about, I am moving this blog to a new location. Mudless is now http://CenterPointMinistries.WordPress.com. A New Direction (Again)

As those of you who have been reading Mudless are well aware, I posted about a new direction for Mudless that was tied to my daily Bible reading. While that could provide for good reading, I believe that my time would be better served by posting outlines/messages/Bible studies that I wrote from September, 2009 – March, 2010.

I pray that these messages will inspire you to draw closer to God in all you do.

God’s Love Can Never Be Taken Away

This evening, I read Romans 8. I have read this chapter many times and what always stands out to me are two things:

1. Everything God does is always in our best interest. Whether it is allowing us to go through trials or experience great victories, God always works for our good.

2. Once we give our lives to God through faith in Jesus Christ, there is no one who can take us from Him. We have security in knowing that once God receives us, He will never let us go.

Always remember that no matter how bad things may seem, God loves you and will see you through.

A New Direction

It has been awhile since I started this blog and made a couple of posts. This is because I haven’t felt like I really had much of anything to say.

Well, a few days ago I began using using a YouVersion Bible Reading Plan called Balanced. It is a one year plan for reading through the entire Bible. Typically I read three Old Testament chapters and one New Testament chapter each day.

This blog will now be a place where I discuss how those readings impact me. I look forward to good, healthy discussions of how God’s Word directly effects regular people like you and me on a daily basis.

This is the beginning of what is sure to be an exciting adventure talking about how no matter where you are, where you’ve been, or what you’ve done, God’s is available.  God wants to lift you out of the muddy life you’ve been living, and give you the abundant life promised in His Word.
